Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with a leading manufacturer, who are looking to welcome a Technical Welding Advisor & Trainer in to the business.This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly experienced in Aluminothermic Welding and is eager to move away from shift work, into a technical days based role and be provided extensive training and development to become a qualified trainer in Aluminothermic Welding.As the Technical Welding Advisor & Trainer, you will be:

  • Provide Customer support on all welding products
  • Global travel for client visits throughout the year (approx 50% travel across UK and globally)
  • Provide technical assistance in process development
  • Provide technical and advise on problem solving matters where neccessary
  • Manage all activities in the training centre
  • Keep training records and procedures up to date
  • Assist with audit protocols throughout the year

To be considered for the Technical Welding Advisor & Trainer role, you will need:

  • PLA Welder Certification is ESSENTIAL
  • Thermit Welder Certification is preferred but not essential
  • Weld inspection WI1 preferred but not essential
  • PTS AC&DCCR Certification
  • Full driving license
  • Available to travel across the UK & worldwide
