Financial Services Administrator

Salary: £24k - £26k + Great company benefits

Location: Worthing (office based)

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 17.30pm

If so, I have a great opportunity to join my client’s financial services department where they deal with investments, retirement, estate and other financial services planning based out of their offices in Worthing

You will have a genuine interest in working within financial services and have a proven background within administration and be able to pick up new systems and processes quickly.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with the incoming email inbox for administrative queries.
  • Dealing with client correspondence and provider queries.
  • Diary management, booking in meetings, booking in monthly tasks for completion and system updates.
  • Scanning, and uploading documents to their back-office system.
  • Office administration, supporting the team and ordering in office supplies.
  • Submitting and monitoring letters of authority.
  • Assisting in processing new business applications.
  • Taking incoming telephone calls and taking messages as required.
  • Updating the inhouse CRM system (intelligent office).
  • Additional administrative projects and tasks as required.

To apply for this role the right candidate will need the following skills and experience:

  • Proven administrative background ideally in insurance or financial services.
  • Great organisation and communication skills.
  • Able to prioritise effectively and works well under pressure.
  • Great IT skills inclusive of Word, Excel and using CRM systems (knowledge of Intelligent office would be an advantage).
  • Great telephone manner and client communication skills.
  • A genuine interest in working the financial services industry.
