Telemarketing Manager

Chichester

£30,000 basic

£70,000 - £80,000 OTE

24 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown!!

9am-5pm Monday – Thursday and 9am-4pm Friday.

As a Telemarketing Manager, you will be responsible for the training, coaching and development of the Telemarketing team. As well as this, you will be responsible for calling through the companies bought leads and promoting the companies VoIP/Broadband Services.

You will be required to book appointments for our field based representatives to go out & win business, whilst ensuring your team remain on target and receive any necessary training required.

Experience Required:

Experience in Telemarketing  / Cold Calling B2B is required

Proven track record of hitting targets in a B2B Internal Sales Role

Knowledge and experience within Telecoms is essential.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in an Internal Sales Leader/Management role is preferred but not essential
