Job Description

My client is looking for a talented and switched-on individual for the role of Product Genius. The main purpose of this role is to assist the sales team, as well as generating your own business, and developing into the team. You will need to be both exceptionally well presented, and very organised to be successful in this fast-paced role. A background in sales will be very beneficial for this position, as you will need to be driven to achieve your full potential.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers both face to face and over the phone
• Keep up to date on the latest product information, and share your knowledge with colleagues
• Provide customers with a first class experience every time
• Undertake vehicle and additional product sales
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Work with other team members, ensuring smoothness of customer experience
• Managing product display and accessory merchandising

Qualifications

Amazing customer service skills

A background in a sales environment

A passion for the Automotive sector

Team player

Great communication skills

Full driving licence

Salary and Benefits

£18,000 Basic, OTE £25,000

Working Hours 8:00-17:30 Mon-Fri, Sat 08:30-17:00 (5-day week, Every Saturday with a day off in the week)

Paid holiday entitlement and contributary pension scheme
