Key Duties:
- Research and produce content for web, email newsletters, press, and social media.
- Adhere to brand guidelines, introducing fresh formats and ideas.
- Engage senior-level stakeholders in community marketing of conferences.
- Maintain and expand social media presence, focusing on LinkedIn.
- Lead and report on paid digital campaigns with marketing partners.
- Secure marketing partnerships with industry associations and trade media.
- Build relationships with journalists to increase PR for events.
- Oversee design and print of conference materials, managing external agencies.
- Collaborate with the delegate sales team to expand market reach and generate leads.
- Foster strong internal relationships to optimize information sharing.
- Provide timely updates and reports on marketing activities.
- Attend and assist in running conferences as part of the event team.
- Lead post-event reporting and capture testimonials for future campaigns.
Essential Experience:
- 3+ year’s Event Marketing Experience
- Website CMS and SEO (e.g., WordPress, ASP Events)
- Data Segmentation and Email Marketing Systems
- Experience Managing Workload with Assistants or External Support Team
