Seeking a specialist to support the design, implementation, and management of learning and talent initiatives via the Workday platform. This role involves data analysis, reporting, system configuration, and ensuring alignment with development strategies and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Workday Learning & Talent:Configure and manage Workday Learning and Talent modules. Support performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning. Ensure learning content aligns with business goals.

Reporting & Analytics:Analyse data to improve learning effectiveness and talent strategies. Create reports on metrics such as course completion, skills development, and compliance.

Program Administration:Support on boarding, leadership, compliance, and professional development programs. Maintain accurate training records and ensure content availability.

Employee Support:Assist users with Workday navigation and troubleshoot issues. Provide user guides and training for admins and employees.

System Optimisation:Improve and streamline processes, support upgrades, testing, and system enhancements in collaboration with the wider systems team.
