- Ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Provide insurance quotations to customers who are interested, and support customers during the booking process (this is not a sale targeted role)
- Ability to deliver an excellent front-line service to customers
- Offer a great telephone manner, together with good verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast - paced environment
- Call centre experience would be ideal; although retail or hospitality may also suit
- A resilient nature, able to handle difficult calls with empathy
