We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a manufacturing company based in the Worthing area. Ideally, you will have previous experience working in a Customer Service role, as well as experience handling ad-hoc administrative duties. You will be the main point of contact for customers, overseeing orders, and handling quotes, ensuring follow-up to confirm orders.
As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Raising quotes and orders received by email
- Being the main point of contact for customers
- Offering alternative products
- Assisting with product enquiries and liaising with the product support team
Requirements:
- Previous Customer Service & Administration experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Previous experience of going above and beyond for customers

This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm based in worthing, this role is fully office based. It’s paying a salary of £25,000 up to £26,500 (dependent on experience).
