Job Title: Service Advisor

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE

Location: Worthing

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Hours: 46.5 hours per week. Either, 6:00am to 4:00pm/7:00am to 5:00pm/08:00 to 6:00pm Monday to Friday with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. Plus, one in four Saturdays 07:00am to 1:00pm as per site rota.

Rossetts Commercials are looking to recruit a Service Advisor on a full-time basis to join their busy teams in Worthing.

Rossetts Commercials are a Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle dealer group situated in the South East. Covering sales through to service, we are a ‘one-stop shop’ for all commercial vehicle needs. We are dedicated to developing our staff and are passionate about promoting within.

About the role:

This is a fast paced and busy role where you will take responsibility for your customers. You will be acting as the main point of contact and offering support and guidance whenever customers visit us to get their vehicle serviced, or when they need help or advice with the upkeep of their vehicles.

You’ll be the link between our customers and the workshop. From welcoming customers, you’ll ensure their smooth journey, from agreeing service or understanding repair requirements to booking in work and presenting the completed job. Along the way, you’ll liaise with our parts team and suggest suitable additional products and services to the customer.

About You

  • Previous dealership or customer facing experience is required
  • Kerridge experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of the motor trade industry is desirable
