Position: Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer
Location: Worthing
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £36,000 to £38,000 plus package
We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer for a Static position on a static site in Worthing
This engineer will be required to deal with planned and reactive maintenance on this commercial static site that will include; plant room maintenance, water testing, emergency lighting, sprinkler testing, compliance checks, ahu maintenance as well as other electrical and mechanical repairs
The right person for this position will already have a strong working background as a commercial building services engineer holding a level 2 mechanical or electrical qualification. They need to be multi skilled and willing to deal with any maintenance that the client requires that could even include painting.
Requirements
- Strong background in Commercial Building Services Maintenance
- NVQ or City and Guilds Mechanical or Electrical Qualification
- Multi Skilled
- Based in a commutable location to Worthing
- Ability to work under their own instruction
- Strong customer service skills
- Happy to do some fabric works if required
Package
