A successful company in Sussex is seeking a skilled Electrician to join their expanding team in the Worthing area.
The role involves performing electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in social housing and residential properties, adhering to industry standards, including the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
Candidates must have an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, AM2 certification, and preferably a 2391 or equivalent qualification.
The position offers a salary of £17.50 per hour for a 40-hour working week, along with a van, fuel card, and 21 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
Applicants should have at least some experience in the residential sector and be willing to participate in a call-out rota (1 in 7).

Our client are seeking a skilled and qualified Electrician to join their team. They are a successful company based in Sussex who, due to expansion and winning new contracts, are looking to add to their well-established team in the Worthing area.

Electrician Position Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs across various social housing and residential properties in the Worthing area. This role requires a professional with a strong background in electrical work, particularly in the residential sector.

Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in social housing and residential properties.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with the latest industry standards and regulations, including the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with tenants and property managers.
Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each job.

Electrician Position Requirements

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
AM2 (Achievement Measurement 2) certification
18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
2391 or Equivalent (Test & Inspection) - Advantageous
JIB / ECS Gold Card - Advantageous
