Production Operative

These roles are for candidates looking for a long-term role with career opportunities. Working in a clean-room lab-like environment, helping to produce pharmaceutical goods either in key production areas, quality assurance, packaging and more.

These roles will be:

• Working 4 days on 4 days off
• Wearing PPE (masks, gloves, etc)
• Working in an independent and collaborative environment

The following shift patterns are available:

• Dayshift - 7 am till 7 pm
• Nightshift - after training on Dayshift for a couple of months, this would then transfer to 7 pm till 7 am
• Both receive an hour unpaid break and two 15 minute paid breaks

In order to have a successful application, you will have:

• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to comfortably speak, read and write in English
• Ability to commute to the site in East Worthing
• Strong attention to detail
