Production Team Member / Near Worthing / £14.50 per hour + shift allowanceJoin our client's dynamic team, supporting the ongoing development of high-performance gasoline engines for premium supercar OEMs. This role is key in maintaining excellent product quality and performance standards through assembly, test, and warranty processes.Location / HoursYou'll be based close to Worthing, 5 days per week; Monday - Friday 40 hours a week. You'll need to be able to drive there or be on close public transport links. Free parking available.Responsibilities:

  • Follow defined operating procedures to a high quality within allocated time frame
  • Ensure build, quality and safety standards are adhered to
  • Work with Health and Safety and Environmental policies
  • Take part in the various stages of the production process
  • Report any issues and snags, contributing to the continuous improvement

Skills and Experience:

  • Physically able to perform a repetitive role
  • Maintain attention to detail
  • Manual production techniques
  • Able to commute easily and commit to shift pattern
