Financial Administrator

Based: Worthing, West Sussex
Salary: £22,000 to £26,000 depending on experience

Due to recent expansion we are seeking an additional Financial Administrator to help support the team in our Glasgow office.

The job covers the administration of application processing and client servicing for financial planning covering investments, income protection, life cover, pensions etc, following operational processes. Liaison with financial advisors and progress checking with providers, updating client notes accordingly. Following client instructions for fund switches, withdrawals and income payments, maintaining accuracy at all times and complying with FCA regulations.

You will be responsible for managing your own workload and would be expected to contribute to process improvements, along with supporting other team members.

Financial Administrator - Ideally you will have:
  • Previous experience in financial administration
  • In depth knowledge of MS Word and Excel plus ideally familiarity with financial computer systems like IO.
  • High levels of attention to detail, working with accuracy under pressure
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with financial advisors, team members and clients.
  • Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service with a client-centric approach.
  • The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, to meet the demands of the role.
