We're looking for a Financial Administrator to join our clients dynamic team, with the opportunity to grow into a Paraplanner or join as a trainee paraplanner if you’re ready to take the next steps.

About the Role:

As a Financial Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the financial planner with administrative tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our client services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for finance and a drive to develop a successful career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting financial planner with day-to-day administration, including managing client correspondence.
  • Maintaining and updating client records using their systems.
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial plans.
  • Processing new business applications, client reviews, and follow-ups.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, if you wish, into a paraplanning role writing reports/doing research etc.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in financial administration or trainee/junior paraplanner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software (such as XPlan or IO)
  • A passion for developing a career in financial planning.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
