An excellent opportunity for an experienced Balancer (Static & Dynamic Balancing) to join a well-established company.
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
Salary: £13 - £15 Per Hour, Depending on Experience.
Location: Worthing, West Sussex BN14.
About The Role:
Due to their fast-growing business, the company have a vacancy for a skilled Balancer to join their team. Ideally, you will have experience in both static and dynamic balancing, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out static and dynamic balancing of precision-engineered components
- Accurately clock in components to ensure correct positioning
- Work to tight tolerances and ensure high-quality standards
- Follow engineering drawings and job specifications
- Use measuring instruments to verify balance accuracy
Candidate Requirements:
- Background in engineering is essential
- Experience in balancing (static and/or dynamic) is desirable but not essential - training will be provided
- Ability to clock in components accurately
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule:
- Monday to Thurs, 7.30am - 4.30pm (30mins for lunch).
- Friday 7.30am - 1.30pm.
