About The Role:

Due to their fast-growing business, the company have a vacancy for a skilled Balancer to join their team. Ideally, you will have experience in both static and dynamic balancing, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out static and dynamic balancing of precision-engineered components
  • Accurately clock in components to ensure correct positioning
  • Work to tight tolerances and ensure high-quality standards
  • Follow engineering drawings and job specifications
  • Use measuring instruments to verify balance accuracy

Candidate Requirements:

  • Background in engineering is essential
  • Experience in balancing (static and/or dynamic) is desirable but not essential - training will be provided
  • Ability to clock in components accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule:

  • Monday to Thurs, 7.30am - 4.30pm (30mins for lunch).
  • Friday 7.30am - 1.30pm.
