Early Years Nursery Practitioner – Worthing – Immediate Start

This Nursery school boasts a lovely, open plan space in the desirable seaside location of Worthing, West Sussex. It’s the perfect setting for a qualified Level 2 or 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner seeking a permanent role, to start ASAP.

This is a permanent full time role working 40 hours a week. 

The roleAs an early years practitioner in this welcoming and supportive setting, you will be responsible for supporting children aged between 0 – 5 years old. Creating a safe and educational experience. A strong command and understanding of the early years foundation stage (EYFS) is required.  This role will also give you the opportunity to imaginatively use resources to motivate children and facilitate learning.  The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week Monday-Friday. 

The Ideal candidate

  • Level 2/3 qualified EYFS Practitioner
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and pedagogy.
  • Experience of engaging children with learning, through effective communication and full understanding of a child’s needs.
  • Be a positive role model.
  • A flexible, ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Passion for working with young children
