We’re recruiting for a Human Resource Assistant to join a well-established and ever growing company based in the Worthing area. You will have previous experience working in a HR role; ideally, you’ll have a CIPD qualification or be working towards one, but this is not essential.
You will be responsible for managing all HR functions from recruitment, employee relations, performance management and more.
As a HR Assistant your role will include:
- Overlooking the employee lifecycle
- Assisting with implementing HCM/HRIS
- Supporting HR projects
- General administrative duties
- Generating reports
Skills Required:
- Previous experience of working in a HR role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Understand Excel and other software
- CIPD qualification or working towards (desirable)

This is a full time permanent position based in Worthing working Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm fully office based on an annual salary between £26,000 up to £28,000 (dependent on experience).
