We’re recruiting for a HR Coordinator to join a well-established and ever growing manufacturing company based in the Worthing area. You will have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a HR role; ideally, you’ll have a CIPD qualification or be working towards one. You will be responsible for managing all HR functions from recruitment, employee relations, performance management and more.

As a HR Coordinator your role will include:

  • Overlooking the employee lifecycle
  • Assisting with implementing HCM/HRIS
  • Supporting HR projects
  • General administrative duties
  • Generating reports
  • Assisting with all aspects of the recruitment process

Skills Required:

  • Previous experience of working in a HR role
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
  • Understand Excel and other software
  • CIPD qualification or working towards (desirable)
  • Experience in implementing an HRIS/HCM

This is a full time permanent position based in Worthing working Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm fully office based on an annual salary between £26,000 up to £35,000 (dependent on experience).
