Level 3 Qualified Practitioner – West Sussex – Immediate Start

We are collaborating with a distinguished nursery school in West Sussex to recruit a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for their team, on a permanent basis. This nursery offers a bright, open-plan environment that fosters children's growth and development, alongside exceptional opportunities for training and professional advancement. This position is all year-round.

The Role As a Level 3 practitioner in this supportive and inclusive environment, you will be responsible for assisting children from birth to five years old. Your duties will include creating a safe and enriching educational space, where a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is crucial. Additionally, this position allows you to creatively use resources to inspire and elevate the children's learning experiences.

The ideal candidate

• Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
• Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
• Knowledge of child development theories and practices
• Paediatric First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
