We are looking for an inspiring and cheerful French and SpanishĀ Teacher to join our excellent and supportiveĀ Department at a dynamic learning community. The ideal candidate will possess strong subject knowledge and the ability to foster a love of learning languages in students. Day to Day of the Role:- Plan and deliver effective lessons that ensure all students make at least good progress, as reflected in value-added data and examination results.
- Evaluate lessons in relation to student learning and plan future lessons accordingly.
- Assess and record studentsā progress and report to parents as required.
- Contribute to and promote pedagogical dialogue throughout the school.
- Develop and maintain good professional relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Undertake school supervision duties as required.
- Strong subject knowledge in MFL.
- Ability to inspire, innovate, and nurture students.
- Commitment to high achievement and motivation.
- Ability to optimise MFLĀ learning for all students.
