As a Theatre Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality care in a theatre setting
- Leading a team and managing resources effectively
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assisting in various theatre specialisms, particularly Scrub
- Supporting patients through their surgical journey
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Maintaining accurate patient records
The Theatre Practitioner role comes with a comprehensive package, including:
- Annual salary of up to £33,000
- 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with service
