As an English Lecturer in Fresh Start, you will deliver innovative and engaging lessons to pre-16 students to re-engage them into education. 

Some students are disengaged and disinterested in education and find a college environment more appropriate for their educational needs. The students have a range of individual support needs including emotional and behavioural challenges.

You will be creative, experienced and passionate about working with challenging students aged 14-16 and have the ability to engage and encourage students to participate, this will include the delivery of PSHE and occupational studies.
