Job Description 1:1 Learning Support Assistant This primary school in Worthing is a welcoming and inclusive environment that prioritises both academic and personal development for children of all abilities. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a bright and gentle child with autism.   • Provide individualised support for the child, focusing on creating a calm and engaging learning atmosphere.
  • Assist in developing strategies to help the child navigate structure and routine, while encouraging active participation in lessons.
  • Work collaboratively with the class teacher to adapt lesson plans and materials to suit the child's unique learning style and needs.
  • Foster a positive, trusting relationship with the child to help them feel secure and supported.

Required Skills and Attributes:
