Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the classroom? We are seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support local schools in the Worthing area. Join a supportive team where you can help children thrive in their educational journey.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-          Provide 1:1 and small group support to children across various key stages

-          Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive classroom environment

-          Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring all children can access the curriculum

-          Help monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to teachers

-          Foster an inclusive, nurturing environment that encourages social, emotional, and academic development

-          Assist with classroom management and behaviour support

**Requirements:**

-          Experience working with children in an educational setting, ideally across different age groups

-          Knowledge of SEN and experience using strategies to support diverse learning needs

-          Strong communication and teamwork skills

-          A commitment to promoting the well-being and academic success of all students
