  • Manage a profitable and organized office, ensuring effective and professional estate agency services.
  • Lead by example, delegate tasks, and aim to exceed performance standards and targets.
  • Optimize opportunities to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, reservations, sales, and mortgage introductions.
  • Motivate and support team members and new recruits, ensuring they receive necessary training and development.
Requirements:
  • Preferably experienced as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales Manager, or a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, Valuer seeking progression.
  • Demonstrable sales management experience.
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Proven experience in managing, leading, and mentoring a team.
  • Outstanding customer care experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • A full UK driving license.
