Chichester College Group has an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a HR Administrative Assistant at our West Durrington campus. You will join us on a full-time (Up to 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year), permanent basis and in return, we will offer a competitive salary of £23,151 Per Annum.

The Chichester College Group is seeking an efficient and customer focused Administrative Assistant to join their friendly Human Resources team. Based at the Group’s West Durrington campus, you will support the recruitment process by processing applications, preparing invites and making arrangements for interviews and obtaining required information. In addition, you will provide a welcoming reception service for the HR team.

Key Responsibilities of ourHR Administrative Assistant:

  • Providing an efficient and customer-focused reception service for the HR team, dealing with enquiries from staff and members of the public, either in person or by telephone or email.
  • Supporting the recruitment process by processing applications, drafting correspondence, preparing paperwork, making arrangements for interviews and obtaining required data.
  • Processing confidential documentation and correspondence, including post and e-mail, and log information on the Human Resources Information System.
  • Creating and maintain hard copy / electronic personal and job vacancy files, ensuring the information is kept up-to-date.
  • Supporting the health and well-being programmes and capture of the relevant data.
  • Supporting the HR team to implement designated HR projects.
  • Supporting the Recruitment Lead with participating in recruitment events.

Our ideal HR Administrative Assistant should have the below skills and experience:

  • GCSE (or equivalent) in English & Maths at grade C or above
  • Knowledge of day to day office procedures
  • Experience in office administration including data entry
  • Experience working within a customer focused environment
  • Knowledge of day to day office procedures
  • Commitment to confidentiality
