Job Title: HR Advisor
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm (37.5 hours)
Salary: Up to 35K

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and fast-paced HR team, where you'll play a key role in delivering people-focused solutions and driving positive change across the business.
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be the go-to person for all things HR administration ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations while providing expert support across the business. Key responsibilities include:
HR Support & Coaching: Guide managers and employees on HR activities for fair and consistent management.
- HR Administration: Manage administrative tasks for new starters, contract changes, and leavers.
- Reference Checks: Complete reference requests for former employees.
- Policy Guidance: Advise on absence, leave, and general HR queries.
- Reporting: Create reports on absence, sickness trends, and key HR metrics.
- Employee Relations Support: Assist with investigations related to absence or timekeeping.
- Recruitment Support: Help the recruitment team with onboarding and hiring.
- HRIS Management: Update the HR Information System for data accuracy.
- Employee Engagement: Support initiatives to improve well-being, inclusion, and morale.
- Training Delivery: Deliver internal training to managers and future leaders.
- Ad Hoc HR Projects: Assist with various HR activities and initiatives as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Solid experience in HR administration and generalist activities.
- Seeking someone who has obtained their CIPD Level 3 with the hopes to obtain CIPD Level 5.
- Confident communicator who can build strong working relationships.
- Experience with HR systems and reporting tools.
- Passion for employee engagement and continuous improvement.
- A team player with a proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
- Understanding of HR best practices and employment policies.
