A Commercial Property Solicitor is required to join a major utilities company based in the South East on a permanent basis.

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be joining a large in-house legal function and will then be part of a close-knit team that focuses on the property work.

The Commercial Property Solicitor will be able to benefit from flexible working, but will be required to attend the office in the South East twice a week.

This is the perfect opportunity for a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor looking to make the move in-house or an in-house lawyer looking for their next role. Any previous experience gained from working with/for a water company would be extremely beneficial, but not necessary.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, your role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Negotiation and delivery of all legal agreements required for the utilities company such as acquisitions, disposals, leases, easements
  • Providing legal advice relating to commercial property across the business
  • Working closely with the conveyancing team
