Role Overview:
- Caseload Management: You will independently manage a diverse caseload, including Wills, LPAs, tax planning and probate matters
- Your responsibilities will cover both grant-only and full estate administration, handling cases that range from straightforward to complex
- Client Care: Providing exceptional client service is paramount, ensuring that all matters are handled with the highest level of professionalism and care
- Expertise: You should be a qualified private client lawyer with at least 10 years of experience in managing estate administration cases
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of private client work is essential, along with a proactive approach to developing your technical expertise and staying updated on legal developments
