Conveyancer – Residential Property
Are you a skilled Conveyancer with residential property experience, seeking an exciting opportunity in Worthing? This dynamic role offers the chance to work on a variety of property transactions while joining a forward-thinking and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert legal advice on purchases, sales, re-mortgages and transfer of equity matters
- Managing ID checks, source of funds verifications, gift deposits and risk assessments
- Preparing and issuing contracts, managing mortgage redemptions and overseeing the exchange of contracts
- Ordering and reporting on searches, reviewing titles (including leases) and raising related enquiries
- Reporting on mortgages, management packs and handling new-build and second-hand property transactions
- Building and nurturing relationships with referrers
Experience:
- Proven experience in residential conveyancing, with full responsibility for managing your own caseload
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—professional and confident in all interactions
- A resilient and proactive approach to working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
- The ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Enthusiastic, motivated and eager to contribute positively to the workplace
