At Chichester College we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as an Additional Learning Support Job Coach at our Worthing/Northbrook Colleges. You will join us on a part-time (term time only), permanent basisand in return, we will offer a competitive salary of pro-rata of £23,497 to £25,678 per annum (i.e. £11,712 - £12,799).

A post has arisen for a Job Coach within the SEND and Additional Learning Support Team.

This role with be working with learners who have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) supporting them to overcome barriers to work and progress into paid employment through our Supported Internship programmes.

It is essential that you have experience of working with learners with SEND within a Further Education environment.

You must be educated to Level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy and Level 3 in a subject sector relevant qualification.

You must be able to work alone as well as in part of a team and have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate to a diverse range of people at all levels.

You will need proven IT and keyboard skills, including using emails.
