Sonic Summary

Our client, a rapidly expanding business, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join their team.
The role involves managing and coaching a staff of nine, overseeing health and safety, risk assessments, and stock control.
Candidates should have extensive warehouse managerial experience and excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with a salary range of £35,000 to £40,000 per annum.
A minimum of secondary education and experience with KPIs and health and safety regulations are required.

Our client, a well established and rapidly expanding business, have a new requirement for a Warehouse Manager to join their busy team.

Key responsibilities:

Managing and coaching staff (currently 9 strong)

Health and safety

Risk assessments

Purchasing

KPI's

Timesheets/Rotas

Deadline meeting

Stock control

Racking inspections

MHE

Quality control

Inter departmental liaison

Key Requirements:

Excellent numeracy and literacy

Attention to detail

Team player

Communication skills

Able to prioritise

Minimum secondary education level

Extensive warehouse managerial experience

FLT licence desirable

Reviewing KPI's

Risk assessments experience

Health and safety experience

Full time Monday to Friday 0900 - 1730

£35,000 - £40,000 per annum
