Warehouse Manager

Are you a Warehouse Manager or an experienced Supervisor with expertise in Health and Safety, and in reviewing and creating Risk Assessments? We’re recruiting for a Warehouse Manager to join a manufacturing company based in Worthing. Ideally, you will have your own vehicle due to the location

As a Warehouse Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Meeting strict operational and customer requirements
• Managing storage and dispatch of goods in line with business demands.
• Coaching, managing and developing warehouse teams
• Managing shift rotas
• Maintaing warehouse principles, policies and processes

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Warehouse Manager
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
• Experience in creating and reviewing risk assessments
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
• High level of attention to detail

This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm on an annual salary between £35,000 up to £40,000 (dependent on experience). Ideally, you will have your own vehicle due to the location of the company.
