Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Facilities Management Worthing, Bristol

Due to recent growth, my client is currently seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join the team and cover the maintenance operations across a commercial medical site in Worthington, Bristol

This role would suit an individual that can work using their own initiative and have a proactive approach to undertake all tasks required, a conscientious and reliable engineer, competent working alone and someone who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Job Specification:

To perform Daily, weekly and monthly PPM's
Responsible for reactive maintenance and remedial works
Responding to breakdowns and emergency call outs
Collaborating with a multi-trade team
Mechanical Maintenance, HVAC, AHU, FCU, Pumps and Motors, Plumbing etc.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Salary & Package:

£38,000.00-£40,000.00 Per Annum
Monday-Friday / 08:00-17:00
25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
3% Company Penson Contribution
Overtime Available
Training and Progression Provided
Company Phone, Uniform etc. Provided

The Person:

Level 2 and/ or 3 in Mechanical Engineering (or Equivalent)
Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge and experience.
Flexibility to support the building service team.
Good customer care skills.
Demonstrable knowledge of statutory requirements.
