Site Supervisor

MUST HAVE SC CLEARANCE!
 

Location: HMRC Worthing
Start Date: In 3-4 weeks
Duration: 8 weeks (Potential extension and further projects for the right candidate)
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week. Start Time - 8:30am.
Pay: £200 - £250 per day 

Essential Requirements:

  • SC Clearance: Must have active SC Clearance – applicants without this will not be considered.
  • SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme): Minimum requirement.
  • First Aid: Current First Aid certification.
  • CSCS Card: Gold or Black CSCS Card required.
  • Asbestos Awareness: Must have completed an Asbestos Awareness course.
  • Customer Facing: Strong communication skills and experience in client-facing roles essential.
  • Experience:
    • Experience working in occupied environments is required.
    • Ability to manage site operations effectively while ensuring safety standards are met.
    • Ability to work independently and show initiative when needed.
    • Previous experience using tablets or digital tools for site record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and supervise day-to-day site activities.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Use tablets to keep accurate site records, including timesheets, progress reports, and any safety-related documentation.
  • Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Supervise subcontractors and site workers, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to specification.
  • Ensure that all work is completed in occupied environments with minimal disruption.
