Reed Brighton is seeking a dedicated and organised Office Administration Assistant to join our esteemed Client who are in the entertainment industry and located in the heart of Brighton. This role is pivotal in providing day-to-day office and administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and assisting in various areas as needed. This is a full-time and fully office based role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Assistance: Support the finance team by chasing deposits and settlements as required.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the management team with ad-hoc administrative and general office duties.
  • Communication: Dealing with queries promptly and efficiently, dealing with inbound / outbound calls and emails.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update database, prepare reports for management team and high-volume data input (with excel).
  • Diary management: Arranging and attending meetings

Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
