As a Sister Charge Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care, leading and motivating your team, and ensuring the smooth running of the outpatient service.

Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Outpatient department.
- Provide clinical leadership and expertise within the Outpatient department.
- Manage and develop the nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient pathways.
- Ensure compliance with clinical governance and regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Prioritise patient safety and deliver exceptional care.
- Manage staff rotas and allocate resources effectively.
- Participate in recruitment and selection processes.

Essential requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current NMC pin
- Proven experience in outpatient nursing
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
