- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Outpatient department.
- Provide clinical leadership and expertise within the Outpatient department.
- Manage and develop the nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care.

- Ensure compliance with clinical governance and regulatory standards.

Essential requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current NMC pin
- Proven experience in outpatient nursing
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
