We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator who thrives on detail, has outstanding telephone manner, and is ready to make a positive impact for a company based in Worthing. This role is a temporary position working in the office full time, reception and administration experience is essential.
As an Office Administrator you will:
- Answer incoming telephone calls and deal with enquiries
- Monitor visitors
- Ensure the office is kept presentable
- Order stationery and office supplies
- Handle complaints as per Company policy
- Manage the Company database, shared calendar, and ensuring meeting rooms and parking are available for guests and visitors
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
The pay rate for this role is £11.44 per hour.
