Job Description:

Our client is a renowned charity dedicated to providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services. We are seeking a competent and efficient Temporary Administrator to work in our clients Fundraising Team

The successful candidate will need to work under their own initiative, as the Fundraising team is currently undergoing significant changes. You will work closely with the Trusts Officer and PR and Marketing Officer, and our client is looking for someone who can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for upcoming fundraising events, including their Christmas Fayre and Carol Concert.

Maintain an overview of ongoing fundraising activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

Collaborate internally to ensure seamless event planning and execution.

Manage documentation and record-keeping related to fundraising activities.

Assist in general administrative tasks to support the fundraising team during this transitional period.

Key Requirements:

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in general administrative tasks, including record-keeping and documentation.

Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines effectively.

Desired Experience/Skills:

Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a fundraising or events context.

Experience in supporting events or fundraising activities would be advantageous.

Familiarity with working in fast-paced, changing environments.
