Job Opportunity: Payroll AssistantWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Payroll Assistant to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis. This key role supports our customers by managing payroll processes for employees assisting independent living.

About the Role

As a Payroll Assistant, you will:

  • Process payroll accurately and on time, liaising with customers for relevant details.
  • Produce payslips, summaries, and comply with HMRC requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle account closures for customers leaving the service.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Previous payroll experience with excellent numerical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with IRIS payroll software or HMRC processes.
