We're looking for a Workday System Specialist to manage and support the configuration, integration, and optimisation of Workday modules for UK Payroll, Expenses, Compensation, and Benefits. This role will ensure system compliance with UK regulations and company policies while working closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and optimise Workday modules for UK Payroll, Expenses, Compensation, and Benefits.

  • Ensure accurate processing of payroll, expense reimbursements, and compensation events.

  • Support benefits enrolment and compliance with UK legal requirements.

  • Generate and analyse reports to support business decisions.

  • Troubleshoot system issues and support end users.

  • Deliver training and create user guides.

  • Maintain system documentation and support audits.

  • Drive process improvements and support system upgrades.
