Are you a Pharmacist who's looking for a rewarding locum role in West Sussex? We have an exciting opportunity for you!

  • Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist (Band 6/7)

  • Location: West Sussex, NHS Hospital 

  • Duration: Ongoing

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time

What You'll Be Doing:Join our client's team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in supporting patients across a variety of hospital wards. In this role, you will:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments

  • Create and implement personalised care plans

  • Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

  • Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current and valid GPhC registration

  • An interest in working in hospital environments (hospital experience is not required - newly registered and community pharmacists are welcome to apply and will be trained)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:This role is full-time, Monday to Friday. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
