We are seeking a skilled and motivated Band 8a Senior Locum Pharmacy Technician to join the team at a hospital based in West Sussex. In this key role, you will work across multiple sites to align processes, enhance quality systems, and promote best practices within our aseptic units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align and standardise processes across three aseptic units, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring that it meets regulatory standards.
- Address and rectify any deficiencies identified in internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy and aseptic teams to drive improvements and implement best practices.
- Undertake site visits as required by project demands to ensure consistency and quality across all aseptic units.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Pharmacy Technician with substantial experience in aseptic services and quality management.
- Proven experience working at a Band 8a level or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), quality standards, and aseptic processes.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Flexibility to travel between sites in West Sussex as required by projects.
