About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 Class Teacher to join our vibrant school community in West Sussex. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to inspiring young learners and contributing to their academic and personal development. The role is available as a full-time, permanent position, as well as ad hoc roles to suit a variety of working preferences.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality teaching and learning across KS2.
- Planning, preparing, and evaluating lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student growth and development.
- Assessing and monitoring pupil progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student success.
- Participating in school events and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching within a KS2 setting is desirable.
- A passion for working with children and a commitment to their success.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive school environment.

Experience, Training and Qualifications
- GCSE's or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year working with children
- Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
Eligibility
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references
