It is important that you are the right fit for this Senior Property Management Assistant role as much as it is the right fit for you! The ideal candidate will have:
- Confident and self-motivated individual with excellent customer care skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous Property management or lettings experience
- Full UK Driving License
- Outstanding communication and coordination abilities.
- Proven capacity to build strong business relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Fixflo is advantageous.
The important work you will do in this role will contribute to the company's collective success. Here is what you can expect day-to-day:
- Data entry and project/audit-based tasks.
- Key cutting.
- Assisting with key collection arrangements, ensuring keys are ready ahead of contractor visits.
- Sending correspondence to tenants and landlords.
- Arranging property visits.
- Managing office ordering.
- Logging maintenance and repairs on electronic systems.
- Ringing and assessing quotes.
- Liaising with tenants, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate repairs and maintenance.
- Progressing work through to completion and closing tasks on the system.
- Performing any ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned.
- Handling invoicing.

Job Title: Property Management Assistant
Salary: 22,000 - 25,000 per annum + bonus
Location: Worthing
Full Time: 40 hours per week - Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
