This role involves supporting the Office Manager in day-to-day case management, including Action Management on HOLMES.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the outside enquiry team.Support case progression, ensuring investigative actions are managed effectively.Assist with HOLMES database management as required.Ensure compliance with investigative procedures and case management best practices.Requirements:Accredited PIP Level 2 Detective with experience in complex investigations. Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to manage and coordinate investigative teams.Experience with NICHE and HOLMES databases.
