Job Title: Construction Estimator

They tend to operate under traditional JCT contracts, as well as Design and Build contracts. Theyspecialize in traditional and heritage construction methods and have a strong reputation with a well-established list of customers. As an SME, they have a turnover of 15 million and employ over 25 direct staff.
Role Overview:
As a Construction Estimator, you will report directly to the Directors and work alongside two other estimators. You will independently manage enquiries and convert them into secured contracts with confirmed start dates. Engaging closely with customers, you will take their brief and create successful bids using traditional estimation methods based on drawings and project details.

Requirements:

Proven experience in the UK as a construction estimator.

Experience working at the front end of the construction process with job estimation.

Experience pricing 2m+ jobs in a variety of sectors.
