We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor, delivering high-quality residential projects in Worthing. This is an exciting opportunity to take a key role in a prestigious development, working alongside a dynamic team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all cost aspects of the project, from initial estimates to final accounts.
  • Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
  • Evaluating and managing subcontractor accounts and variations.
  • Ensuring effective cost control throughout the project.
  • Collaborating with the project management team to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the construction sector, preferably with residential projects within the contracting sector.
