Job Description: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Temporary Property Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the property management team in all administrative aspects of property management during a specified period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of property management.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, and property maintenance.
  • Coordinate and schedule property inspections, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Handle tenant enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and process rental applications, lease renewals, and termination notices.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Conduct periodic property inspections and report findings to the property manager.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management or a related field is desirable.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
